WHAT ARE THE STEPS I NEED TO TAKE TO OPEN A EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT ACCOUNT I DON'T HAVE A MORTGAGE ACCOUNT .NEITHER DO I OWNS A HOUSE.BUT I NEED MORE ENLIGHTENMENT ON HOW TO GO THROUGH IT ALL.
