I need a loan for 30,000. I have terrible credit. I have plenty of equity in 3 homes, can anyone help?

I have been disabled for 2 years and am now back to work i own 3 properties and have plenty of equity in them but my credit is so bad right now i cant get a loan

3. Are you David H's brother? No but seriously, David H just posted a question saying that his brother owes him £30,000 but that he owns property and certainly has that amount of equity in them. Can you not remortgage? I know you have to have a decent level of credit, but surely when they are using the house as collateral they would be willing to do it? Otherwise, I think David is going to make you sell one of your houses.
4. This really does not makes sense to me... you say you have three properties and have a bad credit rating but you need 30,000. Here is a simple way to solve all your cash problems... Sell two properties and pay all your debts off, and that will solve the all of the problems and also lower your blood pressure. I think you will also find that you are allowed to spend the children's inheritance. That's not to difficult to work out really is it?
5. If you have plenty of equity you should not have a problem getting a loan. With terrible credit and I mean a fico of 500 and lower I can go up to 65% of the value.
